Most of you know my friend Dynah. For those of you that don’t, she is quite awesome. Although she has Friedreich’s Ataxia, she has to be the most active friend I have.

From skiing to biking and rowing, I just noticed she said that she went golfing today. This girl is crazy. She mentioned on her blog that she is going to be biking to raise money for MS.

For months now, I’ve biked for my own benefit. It’s fun and has helped my arm strength tremendously. Now I get to bike to help others in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s City to Shore 2008. The ride goes from Philadelphia to the Jersey shore- much farther than I can actually cycle- but I will be riding at least the first and last legs.
