My favorite WP Plug-ins

There are several lists out there about the best Wordpress plug-ins to really get the best out of your wordpress blog, but I thought I’d add my ideas to the game. I’ll do it alphabetically for you:

• Akismet: This is a built-in comment spam killer, which as reported by most people and me, is really great.
• Bookmarkify is a great automatic social bookmarking tool. It add little adorable pictures the end of each of my posts for easy marking for digg, technorati, stumble upon and many more.
• The Feedsmith Feedburner plug-in eases the process of moving your RSS feed to Feedburner, which is much better tool for feeds than the built-in feed of wordpress.
• Similar Posts plug-in does just what it says and does it well. It takes my tags I choose at the end of posts to group together some recent similar posts the reader might love to read.
• I also use several plug-ins to get appropriate and efficient viewing on many portable devices including the iphone, Sony PSP, Nintendo Wii, and Nintendo DS-Lite.
